Module 2 – Forming the Project Team

Once all of the Pre-Requisites have been completed to the satisfaction of the MSBA, the District procures the team of professionals utilizing MSBA specific procurement processes and standard Request for Services ("RFS") templates and Contracts to work with the District as the proposed project advances through the MSBA’s grant process.

Twelve districts are in the process of procuring professional services: 

  • Eight districts were in the process of procuring an Owner’s Project Manager: 
    • Millis, Millis Middle/High School
    • Southborough, Margaret A. Neary Elementary School
    • Berkshire Hills Regional School District, Monument Mountain Regional High School
    • North Attleborough, North Attleborough High School 
    • Littleton, Shaker Lane Elementary School
    • Longmeadow, Glenbrook Middle School
    • North Andover, Kittredge Elementary School
    • Martha’s Vineyard Regional School District, Martha’s Vineyard High School
  • Four districts are in the process of procuring Designer services: 
    • Hamilton-Wenham RSD, Cutler School
    • Lexington, Lexington High School
    • Leominster, Fall Brook Elementary School 
    • Reading, J. Warren Killam Elementary School
