MSBA has posted a preliminary official statement and investor roadshow for the upcoming Series 2025A new money bonds and Series 2025B refunding bonds, the proceeds of which are expected to be used to currently refund prior bonds, and to finance the purchase of bonds pursuant to an Invitation to Tender.
