The Massachusetts School Building Authority (the “MSBA”) is pleased to provide an update on the status of the 2026 Statement of Interest ("SOI") submittal period for the Core Program.
Core Program SOI submissions will be accepted from 10:00 AM on Monday, January 12, 2026, through 11:59 PM on Friday, April 17, 2026.

BOSTON, MA – State Treasurer Deborah B. Goldberg, Chair of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) and Mary Pichetti, Deputy CEO and Executive Director today announced that the MSBA issued $500 million of Subordinated Dedicated Sales Tax Bonds, 2025 Series A (Social Bonds).
